Eligibility Requirements

Supporting documents will be requested once you complete your subscription.
Credentials must be from an institution accredited in Canada

Registered Applicants (Regulatory College Members):

Registered Practitioners are automatically approved.

You will need to send along: copy of your certificate, and a photo for use on your profile.

*in some cases we may ask for a copy of your diploma/degree.

Student Applicants (Registered & Non-Registered):

Masters level students (or equivalent) under supervision must provide:

The name, registration number, email, and website of your supervisor/clinic, your certificate of registration, and a photo for use on your profile.

If you are not yet registered, you will need to provide proof of insurance.

Non-Regulated Provinces:

Therapists/Counsellors located in provinces that are not regulated must provide:

Copies of all relevant certificates, diplomas, association memberships as well as proof of insurance.

Therapists and Counsellors who practice independently and are not members of a regulatory college will be considered on a case by case basis. If you aren’t sure if you are eligible, please send your documents to admin@affordabletherapynetwork.com for approval before setting up your subscription.

Payment / Cancellation Policy

We cannot provide refunds for your initial payment period, regardless of whether the full term is used

Pro-rated refunds (by month) for renewals of 3 months or more can be provided – a 10% processing fee of the initial amount applies

All payments are subscription based and you will be charged on a recurring basis until cancellation
