Cancel Your Subscription

Using PayPal?

You are able to cancel your subscription through your PayPal account, however it can be difficult to locate in PayPal’s interface.

We suggest you simply send us a cancellation request email and let us take care of it!

In your email, please include:

  1. The name on your profile
  2. The name used on your PayPal account

Using Stripe?

Those With More Than One Listing (Supervisors, etc):

Please email us a cancellation request so that we can ensure the right account is being cancelled.

In your email, please include the name of the therapist whose profile you wish to cancel.

Those With Only One Listing:
You can use the button below to access your Stripe account where you can cancel.  

We will be notified and automatically set your profile to expire at the end of your current payment period. 

If you prefer to have your profile removed right away, please respond to the cancellation confirmation email and let us know.
 
You are also welcome to email us if you prefer we do the cancellation for you.

Please Note:  We list practitioners from a variety of backgrounds in order to provide options that suit the diverse needs of our site users.  The listing includes registered professionals, intern therapists practicing under supervision, students from various institutions, counsellors, coaches, and more.  We suggest that you speak to your practitioner to determine whether their training, qualifications, and level of experience suits your needs.
