How To Cancel Your Subscription

If you have more than one profile with us, please EMAIL US to cancel so we can ensure the correct profile is cancelled.

Need to update your payment method? Send us an email and we’ll provide you with a secure link.

How To Cancel

For Those With More Than One Listing (Supervisors, etc):

Please email us a cancellation request so that we can ensure the right account is being cancelled.

In your email, please include the full name of the therapist whose profile you wish to cancel.  

You will receive a confirmation email when it’s complete and we’ll set your profile to expire at the end of your current payment period. 

If you need the profile removed immediately, please let us know in your cancellation request email.

For Those With Only One Listing:
You are welcome to email us if you prefer we do the cancellation for you.

Otherwise, you can use the button below to access your Stripe account and cancel.

If your subscription was set up via PayPal, please read the section further down the page for instructions.

We will be notified of your cancellation and automatically set your profile to expire at the end of your current payment period. 

If you’d like your profile to be removed right away, please include this request in your email or respond to the cancellation confirmation email and let us know.

PayPal Accounts:

You are able to cancel your subscription through your PayPal account, however it can be difficult to locate in PayPal’s interface.

We suggest you simply send us a cancellation request email and let us take care of it!

In your email, please include:

  1. The name on your profile
  2. The name used on your PayPal account
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
  • We cannot provide refunds for your initial payment period, regardless of whether the full term is used
  • Pro-rated refunds (by month) for renewals of 3 months or more can be provided – a 10% processing fee of the full payment amount applies
  • All payments are subscription based and you will be charged on a recurring basis until cancellation

Please Note:  We list practitioners from a variety of backgrounds in order to provide options that suit the diverse needs of our site users.  The listing includes registered professionals, intern therapists practicing under supervision, students from various institutions, counsellors, coaches, and more.  We suggest that you speak to your practitioner to determine whether their training, qualifications, and level of experience suits your needs.
