First, I want to acknowledge that you are here! The journey to finding the right therapist for you can be time consuming and emotional; I know, I’ve been through it myself. I want to recognize the hard work you are doing right now taking this important step to finding peace and clarity in life. Whatever you may be struggling with, I am here to help you gain a deeper understanding and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself. My approach is person-centered, collaborative and rooted in empathy. This means we will work together to identify ways to live alongside or move past the challenges you face. I’m passionate about providing a safe and non-judgmental space where you can show up and be yourself.

Previously, I worked at Toronto Western Hospital and the Canadian Mental Health Association, gaining experience supporting individuals with a range of concerns. These are experiences of anxiety, depression, grief, feeling stuck, low self-esteem, ADHD, chronic pain and illness, substance use concerns, concurrent disorders, and more. I draw from a diverse range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to ensure a tailored approach for each client. This includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and trauma-informed fundamentals.

I currently work at St. Michael and St. Joseph Hospital in the interventional psychiatry department, where I support individuals facing treatment-resistant mental health challenges. In addition to that, I’m passionate about my work in private practice, where I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can show up and be yourself. Curse, laugh, cry, whatever you need.  You don’t have to navigate this alone. Please feel free to reach out for a free 20 minute consultation to determine if I am a good match for your needs.

I provide a warm and comfortable space for clients to engage with their uncomfortable thoughts and emotions safely. I use a flexible and adaptable approach to deeply consider a person’s past and uncover hidden patterns to help contextualize the present and move towards the future.
