Welcome!

You deeply desire to break free from the overwhelm that has become the centre of your life. Some challenges present themselves with such intensity that it overwhelms your capacity to cope. You might feel stuck and unable to regulate on your own. Recognizing when to seek support is a sign of strength. My aim is to guide you to a place where you can celebrate life again.

As a culturally affirming BIPOC therapist, I welcome people of color and the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. My professional interests include anxiety, depression, burnout, grief, and life transitions, as well as relationship and family conflict. Together, we will address the obstacles that keep you from the flourishing you are meant to achieve.

As a person-centered psychotherapist who uses mindfulness, narrative, and solution-focused approaches, I am genuine, compassionate, and pragmatic. Our therapeutic relationship takes precedence as we co-author your life story with empowering language and establish functional habits that reconnect you with your strengths, foster fulfilling relationships, and facilitate authentic living.

Laurence Lopez

Through years of life transitions, we can experience moments of joy and vitality, as well as challenges and obstacles that could make us feel stuck. We may begin to question ourselves and view the world around us differently and could lead to feelings of loss, hopelessness, and disconnection similar to a fallen tree. Therapy is a space for connection – connecting to your inner self and with others. I can support you in co-creating space to express your way of being as you experience your depths of emotions and relating by bringing awareness to the present moment with creativity, curiosity, and compassion nourishing your deep roots.

My lived experience informs my approach. As a cis-gender queer man and a first-generation Filipino immigrant, I work from a socially conscious, queer-affirming, and inclusive lens. My work as a therapist is relational, experiential, and embodied. I also bring a colourful approach by inviting playfulness and the inner child to bring life to your own colours.

I am open to working with any individual and have experience working with anxiety, anger, sadness, sexuality, masculinity, neurodiversity, racialized lived experience, and complex family systems. Together, we can discover what lies beneath, what is growing, and what awaits to blossom. We can unbottle the now and experience what it is to be human together.

Christine Alejandria (Dana)

Hi there! I’m Dana, a counselling intern at Innerlogue Therapy & Psychology, currently pursuing my Master’s in Counselling. I’m excited to work with children, teenagers, and older adults who are looking for support in navigating life’s challenges.

With experience as a therapist aide, I’ve had the privilege of helping children with disabilities, autism, and ADHD. I also bring my lived experience as a neurodivergent individual, which fuels my passion for helping others navigate their own challenges.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low self-esteem, or feelings of not belonging, I’m here to listen. As a first-generation Canadian, I understand how moving to a new place can be tough and how it can affect our sense of identity. I’m particularly passionate about supporting teens facing identity and family dynamics, as well as older adults dealing with chronic illnesses and finding purpose in retirement.

I aim to create a welcoming space where you can feel heard and understood. Together, we can explore your strengths and develop strategies to help you manage your current challenges. We’ll work together to set achievable goals and reshape any unhelpful patterns of thinking, empowering you to show up as your best self in your relationships and in life.

Let’s take this journey together toward a more fulfilling and meaningful life!
