Are you struggling with unmanageable Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship issues, Work or School overload?

Do you feel stressed out, burnt out, and overwhelmed because you are trying to control by overthinking and suppressing? Are you scared of confrontation and choose avoidance? Is the built-up anxiety causing chaos for you? How about trusting yourself? Has it turned into self-doubt and self-sabotage? Perhaps you are so hard on yourself that it seems very difficult to even notice how you feel! It is evident at some point in life, we, experience difficulty and hardship as such. I get it; I have walked that same hard road too challenged by fears, traditional family beliefs, dismissiveness, humiliation, and bouncing back and forth. In this mindset, even seeking the right professional for support is tedious. I understand the emotional turmoil, and that’s the reason I hold a non-judgemental space for you to rebuild your authentic self-possessed life as you so deserve.

As a mindfulness therapist, I provide an opportunity for you to explore and face any of your harmful beliefs and perceptions. I employ various other evidence-based therapeutic modalities, techniques, and psycho-spiritual/educational information suitable to your therapeutic aspiration and satisfaction. This healing process allows you to gain insight into your emotional intelligence and awareness. I cater to your personal needs and pace.

I support Individuals encountering: Anxiety, Depression, Low Self-Esteem, Trauma/PTSD, Grief, LGBTTQQIAAP Equality & Identity pressures, Cultural/Religious/Spiritual struggles, Work/School-related issues, and Relationship challenges among other Life Transitional stresses.

I value cultural diversity, am deeply intuitive in my work, empathetic, and thrive on collaboration.  My focus is on being client-centered and attending to your unique requirements. Spring Berriman

After a successful 15+ year career in the real-estate industry, I made the choice to pursue my true passion, that of helping others. The most personally rewarding aspect of any job I held during this time in real-estate – be that as office manager, executive assistant or operations manager – was that of supporting others in the workplace, thereby fostering strong working and interpersonal relationships, and helping my colleagues to realize their best selves.

As a deeply compassionate therapist, I believe strongly in creating a safe space for mutual growth, wherein cohesion and alliance advance the therapeutic processes of healing and development. With avid curiosity and respect, we’ll explore the innermost workings of your mind, heart and spirit. I believe in taking a client-centered approach to my practice, acknowledging you as an individual and working as your pace dictates. Without preconceived agenda, I’ll work alongside you holistically in seeking your truth. In addition to Individual Therapy, I also offer Couples Therapy and Group Therapy.

Madison Powell

Hello, I’m Madison Moon ne:Powell (she/her) and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist RP# 13685. My approach as a relational therapist means that I will work with you on an even playing field to discover and understand the ways you move through the world, your relationships with others and what that means for you. I’m also a Sex Therapist with training through University of Guelph. I’ve been working in sexual health and pleasure as well as various aspects of the LGBTQIA2, BDSM and Polyamorous communities professionally for over 5 years and personally for over 12. I’m here to help you explore identity, transition, oppression, trauma, grief and anxiety.  If you so desire, I want to help you recognize, honour and understand beliefs and patterns of behaviour that may no longer serve you in the ways you want them to. I also want to help you accept, embrace, explore and celebrate any aspects of your identity or sexuality that you’re struggling with. Let’s learn to love you, as you are now, together. You matter. You are not alone. You belong where there is love.
