Hello! My name is Abigail (Abbey) Tablada, and I am currently completing my Master’s in Counselling Psychology (MACP). I believe that life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but we are not meant to face them alone. My goal is to provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you feel supported and truly heard. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, integrating various counselling methods like Narrative therapy, CBT or Solution-Focused Brief therapy, to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, coping with stress, or seeking greater balance, I will work alongside you to explore what matters most and to reconnect with your strengths.
Alongside my training, I bring over five years of experience in the social services sector, including outreach where I support individuals with mental health, addictions, and housing challenges etc. These experiences have shaped the lens through which I view healing – one that honours resilience, dignity, and the complexity of each person’s story. If you’re looking for a supportive space to be heard and to discover new possibilities for change, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.
