About…

WELCOME! You Don’t Have to Navigate It Alone!!!

Life can feel overwhelming when stress, relationships, work, major transitions, or difficult experiences begin to affect how you feel and function. My goal is to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin making sense of what you are experiencing.

I’m Ada Nwogu, a counselling practitioner and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), currently completing my Master’s in Counselling Psychology. I bring experience supporting adults through workplace stress, life transitions, emotional challenges, relationships, and other complex circumstances. My approach is collaborative and practical, drawing from CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centred Therapy.

I believe you are more than the challenges you are facing. Together, we can explore what is happening, identify what matters most to you, build on your strengths, and develop meaningful steps toward the life and relationships you want.

Whether you are feeling stuck, starting over, struggling with stress, or simply looking for a safe place to talk, you don’t have to have everything figured out before reaching out. We can start where you are.
