Sometimes life is hard. Maybe you’re going through a change or feeling overwhelmed. Maybe you’re wondering how your relationships could be different. Maybe you’re feeling alone or curious. I’m here to work with you. We’ll talk about what’s happening in your life—what feels right and what doesn’t. I’m interested in knowing you, with empathy, care, and compassion. Together we’ll explore relationships, feelings, patterns, and possibilities.
I’m a therapist-in-training at the Toronto Institute for Relational Psychotherapy (TIRP). I work with addictions, suicidality, anxiety, depression, trauma, terminal illness and fear of dying, among other experiences. I’ve written a book about how we learn from metaphors, and I maintain my own creative practices in writing and drawing.
Reach out to set up a consultation. I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
