About…

Are You Feeling Lost?
You spend so much time caring for and supporting others, but who is supporting you? Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, uncertain, or far from what you hoped it would be. You don’t have to navigate it alone.

I support individuals who are:

  • Educators
  • Professionals Struggling with a Work-Life Balance (nurses, lawyers, doctors, medical students, etc.)
  • Parents, and Caregivers Experiencing Burnout.
  • Neurodivergent Learners and Youth
  • Unhappy with Body-Image or Struggling with Self-Esteem
  • Experiencing Anxiety, Stress, Trauma, or Major Life Transitions
  • Experiencing Challenges with Parenthood, Caregiving, or School
  • Stuck in Patterns of Overthinking, Guilt, Perfectionism, or People-pleasing
  • Experiencing Attachment Issues
  • Going through Relational or Friendship Challenges
  • Looking to Manage Feelings with Grief
  • Maternal Health – Perinatal, Postpartum, Infertility
  • Lacking Confidence in Social Spaces or Experiencing Social Anxiety
What You Can Expect

In therapy, I provide a compassionate and safe space to explore your emotions, patterns, and coping strategies.

Together, we:

  • Uncover what’s standing in the way of feeling grounded and connected
  • Explore the impact of past and present experiences on your patterns
  • Build insight, resilience, and a deeper connection to yourself and others

My Approach

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I integrate:

  • Person-Centred Therapy: creating a safe space to explore your inner world
  • Solution-Focused and Narrative Approaches: identifying unhelpful patterns and building your strengths
  • Existential Therapy: exploring meaning, identity, and life transitions
  • Psychodynamic Therapy: strengthening your ego and building coping skills
  • Mindfulness and Somatic Elements: supporting regulation of body and nervous system during stress
  • CBT: Evidenced-based therapy

I work from a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and culturally sensitive lens, respecting the complexities of modern life, relationships, and identity.

About Me

My path has been shaped by experiences with identity shifts, anxiety, grief, and trauma. As an educator and mother, I understand these pressures firsthand. I help you explore how your experiences have shaped your sense of self, identify what may be holding you back, and uncover your strengths. Together, we clarify your values, build confidence and resilience, and guide you in reclaiming your narrative to confidently author your own journey.

Outside the therapy room and the life of academia, I enjoy spending time with my family, exercising, reading and writing. I am naturally drawn to the ocean, the summer air, good food and soccer.
