Uncover Your Voice, Reclaim Your Path
Life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or like nothing is going the way you imagined. You don’t have to navigate it alone.
I support individuals who are:
- Neurodivergent Learners and Youth
- Unhappy with Body-Image or Struggling with Self-Esteem
- High-functioning and Struggling with a Work-Life Balance
- Parents and Caregivers Experiencing Burnout
- Experiencing Anxiety, Stress, Trauma, or Major Life Transitions
- Experiencing Challenges Balancing Work, Parenthood, Caregiving, or School
- Stuck in Patterns of Overthinking, Guilt, Perfectionism, or People-pleasing
- Questioning their Identity or have Attachment Issues
- Going through Relationship Challenges
- Looking to Manage Feelings with Grief and Loss
As an educator and mother, I understand these pressures firsthand. I help you explore how your experiences have shaped your sense of self, identify what may be holding you back, and uncover your strengths. Together, we clarify your values, build confidence and resilience, and guide you in reclaiming your narrative to confidently author your own journey
What You Can Expect
In therapy, I provide a compassionate, judgment-free space to explore your emotions, patterns, and coping strategies.
Together, we:
- Uncover what’s standing in the way of feeling grounded and connected
- Explore the impact of past and present experiences on your patterns
- Build insight, resilience, and a deeper connection to yourself and others
My Approach
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision, I integrate:
- Person-Centred Therapy: creating a safe space to explore your inner world
- Solution-Focused and Narrative Approaches: identifying unhelpful patterns and building your strengths
- Existential Therapy: exploring meaning, identity, and life transitions
- Mindfulness and Somatic Elements: supporting regulation of body and nervous system during stress
I work from a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, and culturally sensitive lens, respecting the complexities of modern life, relationships, and identity.
About Me
My path has been shaped by experiences with identity shifts, anxiety, personal loss, and trauma. Outside the therapy room and the life of academia, I enjoy spending time with my family, exercising, reading and writing. I am naturally drawn to the ocean, the summer air, good food and soccer.
