My Approach to Your Care
I offer individual therapy alongside other services such as skill-building and practical support through a collaborative, goal-oriented process
I am a supervised Registered Social Worker and Child and Youth Care Practitioner, certified in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), and additionally certified as an ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) and Neurodiversity Specialist
Additional approaches may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy (PCT), and somatic strategies, supported by executive scaffolding and bottom-up supportĀ
