About…

When Life No Longer Feels Like It Fits

There are moments in life when we quietly realize that something no longer fits. It may come after a loss, during a life transition, through burnout, migration, changing relationships, or simply a growing feeling that we’ve become disconnected from ourselves. Although these moments can feel unsettling, they can also become an invitation to slow down, listen more deeply, and gently rediscover who we are becoming.

My Approach

For many years, I thought I was searching for a place to belong. Looking back, I realize I was slowly learning how to feel at home within myself. Before becoming an Expressive Arts Therapist, I worked as an architect, creating spaces for others. Over time, I realized I was becoming more interested in helping people create space within themselves—a place where imagination, curiosity, and self-compassion could begin to grow. I believe therapy is not about fixing people. It is about creating a safe and compassionate relationship where you can explore your experiences, strengths, questions, and possibilities at your own pace. My role is not to tell you who to become, but to create a space where you can listen more deeply to yourself.

How We May Work Together

I am a Pre-Licensed Professional and Expressive Arts Therapy student working under clinical supervision, offering affordable, low-cost psychotherapy through virtual sessions for adults across Ontario. My work is grounded in Expressive Arts Therapy while drawing from person-centred, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches. When words are not enough, creativity can become another way of listening and expressing.Alongside conversation, we may also work with images, collage, photography, writing, movement, music, poetry, or other creative forms. You do not need to have any artistic experience—only a willingness to be curious.

I May Be a Good Fit If You Are Experiencing…

I am especially drawn to supporting adults navigating:

• Life transitions

• Anxiety and burnout

• Grief and loss

• Caregiver stress

• Identity and belonging

• Immigration and cultural adjustment

• Self-esteem and self-discovery

• Feeling disconnected from yourself

• Beginning a new chapter in life

As someone who has experienced migration and searched for a sense of home myself, I understand how deeply our stories, identities, and relationships shape who we are.

What I Hope Therapy Can Offer

My hope is not that you leave therapy with all the answers. I hope you leave feeling a little more connected to yourself, a little more hopeful, and with greater trust in your own inner resources. I believe creativity can help us remember what has always been there, quietly waiting for our attention. If something in these words resonates with you, I would be honoured to meet you and explore whether we are a good fit. I also offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation so we can meet, discuss what you’re looking for, and see whether we’re a good fit.
