I’m a warm and caring therapist who’s here to help people going through tough times. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by daily stress, stuck in emotional ups and downs, or struggling with big feelings that are hard to manage, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to go through it by yourself.
I work especially with people who live with bipolar disorder or borderline personality disorder, and I take thoughts of suicide very seriously. I know how important it is to have a space where you feel safe, supported, and not judged. That’s the kind of space I aim to create, so you can start to build trust and feel more secure. In therapy, we’re a team. We’ll look at what you’ve been through, figure out what’s working and what’s not, and find ways to cope that actually make life feel more manageable.
My goal is to help you better understand yourself and give you tools to handle stress and emotions in healthier ways. Whether you’re dealing with relationship issues, strong emotions, or just feel lost, I’m here to walk alongside you. Therapy isn’t just about fixing problems—it’s about finding meaning, building connections, and creating a life that feels worth living. If you’re unsure where to go from here or feel weighed down, I’m here to help.
Reaching out can be the first step toward feeling more balanced, acceptance, and finding a path forward that works for you.
