Pronouns: she/her/they/them
I am a masters student of counselling psychology (MACP at Yorkville University) and enter this area of work with a compassionate heart and an eagerness to connect with people from all walks of life.
My focus is to support clients as they deepen their understanding of who they are so they may move through life in their restored power and truth. I believe that living as our authentic self can support a life of harmony and clarity. I take an integrative approach to healing–considering the mind, body, and spirit–and believe that no problem is too small.
If you’re looking for someone who is warm, patient, empathetic, and values transparency we may be a good fit. I recognize the systemic and structural realities that we all live within, and strive to centre your intersecting identities and lived experiences. Openly sharing our stories takes courage, and you will receive my utmost attention and support.
