As an MA in Counselling Psychology practicum student who is qualified to practice under clinical supervision, I combine my psychotherapy training, relationship coaching background and past struggles with mental health to help you face the challenges in your life.
While I support clients through a broad range of issues, I particularly specialize in breakups, OCD, intrusive thoughts, including but not limited to social anxiety, retroactive jealousy and existential issues. My approach is honest, compassionate and personable, and I don’t shy away from challenging my clients to see a different perspective. I use a combination of techniques from CBT, client-centred therapy and Narrative psychotherapy to work with you on the barriers you face.
