Do you feel as though the constant pressure to hold it all together has led you to ignore parts of yourself that are in desperate need of care? Maybe the pain you’ve pushed away shows up as a relentless inner critic, or feelings of shame, anger, depression, or anxiety? I believe that everyone deserves an accessible, safe space to heal and be fully seen, and I would be honoured to be your ally as you navigate the unique challenges you’re facing. My hope is that together, we will build a collaborative therapeutic relationship where you can explore the full complexity of your experience and gain the clarity and courage to move forward.
About Me
Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, I spent nearly 30 years working as a professional ballet dancer, coach, and teacher while navigating the ups and downs of parenthood. I know firsthand what it’s like to be a highly sensitive person working under intense pressure and scrutiny, and many of my years as a performer were spent battling debilitating self-doubt, depression, and loneliness.
For the past two years, I have also provided mental health support to teens and youth in crisis. Both my professional and personal experience has taught me that healing happens in relationship and through meaningful engagement with the world. As a Pre-Licensed Professional and MPsy in Psychotherapy student under clinical supervision, I am deeply committed to providing others with the supportive relationship I longed for in my darkest moments.
I support individuals ages 16+ who are:
- Struggling with low self-esteem and/or shame
- Navigating social isolation and feelings of loneliness
- Experiencing social anxiety or performance anxiety
- Suffering from depression or low motivation
- Struggling with perfectionism, burnout/stress, and/or people-pleasing
- Navigating the ups and downs of parenting, as well as pregnancy and the postpartum period
- Struggling with body-image related concerns
- Experiencing challenges with relationships, including those related to friendships and family of origin
- Struggling with issues related to intimacy and/or sex
- Navigating career transitions or workplace stress

- ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) – Provides tools to help you gain equanimity and manage difficult thoughts and emotions.
- Somatic Approaches – Uses the body as an entry point to healing and supports emotional regulation
Inclusivity & Language Accommodations
I am committed to providing an open and welcoming space that honours all aspects of your identity. My practice is:
- LGBTQ+ affirming, sex-positive, and sex work positive
