My primary focus has been on crisis and trauma intervention from a compassion-based perspective. I have experience working with women who have suffered violence, sexual abuse, addictions and individuals who suffer from disabilities, mainly acquired brain injury (ABI). This is a safe space, and you will be in charge of your treatment.
I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology, focusing on crisis intervention, from ELPAC University in Chihuahua, Mexico. Additionally, I did a diploma in Emergency, Disaster, and Personal Loss from the European Institute of Dynamic Psychology. Currently, I am finishing my master’s degree at Yorkville University.
By teaching you to be compassionate towards yourself, I will inspire you to change and grow. If you are reinventing or rediscovering yourself, let’s talk! We can walk together on your healing path.
