Over the course of the pandemic, these feelings have been amplified for so many. Though they’re common, you don’t have to navigate them alone. I work with young adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, self-doubt, relationship stress, or general confusion about their purpose and direction. Having been there myself, I believe that we can work together to explore where these feelings come from, and discover supportive ways to help you rebuild a strong connection to your mind, body, and spirit.
