About…

Life, as you may know, can be full of uncertainty, hardship, and constant change. My approach to therapy begins with the understanding that these experiences are an inevitable part of being human. However, while we may never have complete certainty or control over our circumstances, this does not mean we are powerless. I firmly believe that despite these challenges, we all have the capacity to grow and live a life filled with meaning.

Although I tailor my approach to each person’s unique needs, I primarily draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Parts Work. Whether you are facing overwhelming thoughts and feelings, navigating life transitions, or working through relationship challenges, I am here to provide a compassionate and non-judgemental space where you feel heard and understood. Our work together might involve deepening your understanding of who you are, as well as exploring and shifting patterns that no longer serve you. Ultimately, my goal is to support you in making meaningful changes that align with your values and what matters most to you.

If any of this resonates with you, or if you’d like to learn more about how I approach therapy, feel free to book an initial session or a free 15-minute phone consultation using the links on this page. Even if it feels like we’re not the right fit, I’d be happy to help you find a therapist who is.
