Sometimes it’s hard to explain why you feel the way you do. You might notice yourself getting stuck in the same patterns in relationships, in your thoughts, or in how you respond to stress and wonder why it keeps happening, even when you’re trying your best to change it.
In our work together, we’ll gently slow things down and make space for understanding. I’m not here to judge or “fix” you, but to walk alongside you with curiosity and care as we explore what’s been shaping your experiences. Often, the ways we cope or protect ourselves make a lot of sense when we take the time to really look at them.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in connection. I draw from Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to support individuals and couples. I have completed Level 3 training in the Gottman Method, which allows me to offer structured, research-based support for couples looking to improve communication, rebuild trust, and deepen connection.
Together, we can explore your emotional world, strengthen your relationships, and find ways to respond to life with more flexibility, clarity, and intention.
I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, life transitions, and questions around identity and self-worth. Whether you’re feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or simply looking for a space where you can be yourself, therapy can be a place to begin again at your own pace.
