I come from a positive psychology background and have specialized in the Science of Well-Being, which involves techniques to increase overall happiness and create meaning. I want to help you reclaim your joy and get back in the driver’s seat of life.
I am passionate about helping people from a holistic perspective and focus on the whole person (mind, body, and soul). My therapeutic approach is strengths-based and person-centered. I take an integrative approach and draw from various modalities such as, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, and Existentialism. I also offer Christian/faith-based counselling upon request.
