I see psychotherapy as a chance to come back to yourself. When faced with challenges in life we can forget our strengths, values, and sense of self. Psychotherapy offers the chance to rediscover these things and uncover more. Together we can navigate life’s challenges while building new skills and resilience to create a stronger sense of self. I approach relationships with clients with empathy and compassion and work within a relational, trauma- informed and anti-oppressive framework. I draw on somatic, emotion focused and attachment-based therapies to broaden your understanding of your experience, help you discover your inner strength and foster self-compassion. I believe that every single person has the innate capacity to heal and move through challenges and therapy is a way to ignite this capacity and connect with your inner wisdom. This doesn’t mean that you must go through challenges alone. The therapy space that we create together is one where you can discuss anything and explore emotions, experiences, thoughts, and behaviours in a space and relationship that is safe, supportive, and dedicated to your well-being. I have completed a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology and Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto. After graduating in June 2020, I worked as a Registered Clinical Counsellor in British Columbia for two years prior to coming back to Ontario. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I acknowledge therapy can feel extremely vulnerable and it is courageous to step into this process and seek to better understand yourself and your experience. If you are interested in therapy, I invite you to reach out and connect with me for a free consultation. In this call we can discuss what brings you to therapy and explore if we are a good fit to work together as well as details regarding fees, scheduling, and expectations. I look forward to connecting with you about your therapeutic journey. To book a 15 minute free consult with me, please email me at
