We all deserve a space that provides us with support in which we can be authentic and vulnerable. My goal is to create a space with you where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences and your goals so that we can work collaboratively to get you to your preferred way of living.
I approach therapy collaboratively where I meet people where they are at and aim to facilitate change with a combination of the strengths, knowledges and agency clients have, and the sharing of resources, tools and techniques I come with. As each individual is different, I approach therapy from a place of deep curiosity, so I can learn how to best support people that I work with. I believe in looking at the whole person including the mind, body, and spirit as all components are important in the therapeutic process.
Everyone is unique and I believe that therapy should be shaped to fit each person’s individual needs, as such I draw from multiple modalities. My hope is that I can enter your world with respect while you share your lived experiences with me so that we can work on achieving your goals for the future.
