What is your general style or philosophy of therapy
My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and experiential. I view therapy as a space where clients can explore their inner experiences safely and begin to live with greater awareness, flexibility, and alignment with their values. I believe every person has the potential for growth, and my role is to collaborate with clients to uncover that resilience.

What should clients know about working with you?
I help clients clarify what matters most to them, make space for processing difficult emotions, and explore meaningful steps toward a life they matter. My approach is not fixing the problem, but to walk alongside you as they can build better connection with themselves.
Why did you choose this profession?
When I was young, I was often described as a good listener. I have always found it meaningful to understand people’s stories and to offer support during challenging times. Over the years, this interest grew into a strong commitment to help others navigate their experiences with greater clarity and compassion. I also recognize that mental health is shaped not only by individual struggles, but by family, community, and cultural factors. Becoming a therapist allows me to combine this perspective with professional skills to support individuals in their growth and well-being.
What do you find most meaningful about the work you do?
I find it deeply meaningful when I see clients begin to reconnect with themselves in a safe and compassionate way. It is touching to see clients can uncover the strength beneath their struggles, and rebuild confidence in their ability to navigate life’s challenges
