I utilize intervention plans tailored to clients’ unique treatment needs to help individuals, couples, and families navigate their relationship challenges and personal struggles. I also have a strong foundation in cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy ( DBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ( ACT), which integrates into my practice to address issues such as trauma, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, procrastination, stress, anger, addiction, grief, relationship issues, breakup, teenage challenges, immigration and transitioning struggles.
As a former educator, I bring a deep understanding of child development, learning challenges, and behavioural dynamics into my therapeutic practice. My background helps me support children, adolescents, educators and parents in managing stress, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
