About…

Have you been feeling disconnected from yourself or distant in your relationships? Do you find yourself repeating patterns you wish you could change, yet aren’t sure how to step out of them? Maybe part of you is simply tired; tired of carrying the stress, the anxiety, the self-doubt, or the weight of past experiences on your own. If you’re here, something inside you is hoping for relief, clarity, or connection. That hope matters.

Life can feel overwhelming. Relationships can become strained. Transitions such as immigration, career changes, loss, or family challenges can leave us feeling unsteady. Even when mental health is talked about more openly today, reaching out for support can still feel vulnerable. I want you to know that you don’t have to do it alone.

My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for your story. I believe each person carries both wounds and strengths, and therapy is a space where both are welcomed. I draw from Compassion-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Care, Grief and Loss Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, always adapting our work to what feels most supportive and meaningful for you.

Moreover, I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Whether you are navigating childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, emotional regulation struggles, procrastination, anger, addiction, grief, relationship difficulties, teenage challenges, or major life transitions, we will move at a pace that feels safe and respectful for you.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that healing happens in relationship. When you feel seen, heard, and genuinely understood, change becomes possible. Therapy is not about fixing you, because you are not broken. It is about helping you reconnect with yourself, understand your patterns with compassion, and build a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.

Reaching out is a brave step. If you’re considering it, I would be honoured to walk alongside you. Please feel free to contact me for a complimentary consultation at:
