Hi there!
My name is Aliha (she/her). Before pursuing my Master’s degree in Psychotherapy, I spent 7 years working in the mental health field which taught me that meaningful change takes time, real support, and a space to be who you actually are.
In my practice, I integrate evidence-based approaches – including CBT, DBT, ACT while using a harm-reduction, attachment and trauma-informed lens. Together, we can look at unhelpful patterns, emotional responses, and stressors keeping you stuck, while building tangible skills to handle distress and live a life that matters to you.
While I work with teenagers and adults with a range of concerns – from anxiety, trauma, depression – I have a strong love for supporting mothers and individuals navigating any form of substance use.
I practice under the clinical supervision of a Registered Psychotherapist and I offer free initial consultations so we can chat about you’re looking for and see if we’re a good fit.
