Hello my name is Allan and I practice gestalt therapy. I offer complimentary first session to help you decide if my service is right for you. My aim of our first sessions is to find out what’s going on and identify a clear strategy for tackling the situation. The main goal of my work is awareness building which can be accomplished in a number of different ways depending specifically on your blocks and personal style. I have experience helping with depression and anxiety, relationships, identity issues and trauma.
In our sessions we are focused on awareness building. With the idea that a greater understanding and feeling of what’s already happening will give you the energy and understanding to respond more freely to your situation.
