Hi, I’m excited to meet you! I am a consent-based and trauma-informed therapist, grounded in deep respect for each person’s stories, strengths, and complexities. I offer online therapy to clients across Ontario and Alberta, as well as in-person, nature-based sessions throughout Calgary. For many, these outdoor sessions offer a grounding alternative to traditional talk therapy and can open new pathways to growth. Connecting with nature has been an important part of my own healing journey, and I am passionate about supporting people in developing connected, healing relationships with land and place.
I support individuals through life’s transitions, including navigating advanced or chronic illness, grief and loss, parenting challenges, family relationship issues, identity exploration, anxiety, and depression. I bring an anti-oppressive and anti-racist lens to my work and am committed to collective liberation and social justice. I hold space for both personal healing and the broader contexts that shape our lives, recognizing how systems of oppression impact our mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative, creating space for you to show up fully and move at your own pace.
As a queer woman, I am passionate about working with 2SLGBTQ+ individuals and families, and I welcome people of all identities to contact me if you feel aligned with my approach. My work is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Narrative Therapy, with a strong emphasis on curiosity, compassion, and meaning-making. I also incorporate experiential activities when appropriate, offering creative ways for clients to connect with themselves and their inner wisdom. I would love to hear from you to schedule a 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.
