Allison is completing her Master’s in Psychological Counselling with Yorkville University. Between September 2021-April 2022 she is completing her internship through Kennedy McLean Counselling & Psychotherapy Services.
Allison is familiar working with those in distress and comes to the field of therapy after spending 25 years in the military. Allison is a volunteer with victim services and brings a trauma-informed outlook to her practice. Allison takes an integrative approach, striving to tailor her approach to your needs. She combines elements of psychotherapeutic modalities such as Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Relational, Solution-Focused, Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Allison believes in meeting you where you are at, she is collaborative and will work alongside you.
