I prioritize offering a non-judgmental and compassionate space for individuals to explore their inner selves and navigate life’s challenges. I will sit along side you as you work to find clarity and peace within yourself. As a queer therapist, I value inclusivity and work closely with the LGBTQ2S+ community. I also have my own personal experience with depression, chronic illness and chronic pain, and offer a unique perspective for those with similar struggles. I have a background in criminology, social service work and emergency community mental health. I enjoy working closely with first responders and individuals with borderline personality disorder. I also work a lot with individuals experiencing life transitions, relationship difficulties, stress, anxiety, depression, self esteem, and experiences with trauma. Each client is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all ‘solution’. I take an integrative approach to treatment and practice in an inclusive, client-centered way that places an emphasis on client’s strengths and life experiences. I tend to work through an attachment-based lens with a relational and integrative approach that combines elements of therapeutic modalities such as humanistic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical- behavioral therapy with mindfulness and somatic based practices. I look forward to meeting you!
