My therapeutic approach is holistic, evaluating the body and mind as one complete ecosystem. The health and stability of which are influenced by each of its parts. Together we’ll learn how to communicate with your nervous system and begin allowing your state of mind to inform your experience in life. Often, our troubles affect our state of mind.

This confidence will improve your moods, help you manage emotions and stress more effectively, and create more stable relationships too. I work from various modalities, incorporating mindfulness, curiosity, empathy, and compassion into all of our sessions.
