If you are a young adult feeling stretched thin by anxiety, burnout, or the quiet pressure to have it all figured out, you are in the right place. I work with people navigating generalized, social, and performance anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the imposter syndrome that so often comes with high standards and big transitions.
So much of my work is about helping you ease the constant self-criticism and reconnect with a steadier sense of who you are. Together we look at where the pressure is coming from, what it is costing you, and how to build a kinder, more sustainable way of moving through your days.
I also support clients through grief and loss, caregiver burnout, and major life transitions like career changes, relocations, and the loneliness that can follow them. My experience in long-term care has given me a deep respect for how people carry loss and change.
My approach is practical and collaborative. I draw on cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative, and solution-focused work, and I tailor things to what actually helps you. You can expect a warm, down-to-earth space where you set the pace.
If you are tired of feeling like you are never quite enough and want support that feels real rather than clinical, I would be glad to hear from you.
