I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, and the impact of difficult life experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we feel safe enough to slow down and make sense of our experiences. I strive to create a space where clients can show up exactly as they are, without needing to have the right words or a polished version of themselves.
Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), parts work, and trauma-informed approaches, I support clients in developing a deeper understanding of themselves, building practical coping strategies, and creating a life that feels more connected to their values.
In addition to traditional in-office sessions, I offer nature-based psychotherapy, including walk-and-talk sessions, outdoor therapy, and animal-assisted programming where clients may benefit from the calming presence of nature and horses.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself, I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
