I am a student therapist currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, working under the supervision of Alysha Bernstein at Alysha Bernstein Therapy in Toronto. I bring a compassionate, person-centered, and strength-based approach to my work. With over a decade of experience supporting children and youth with exceptionalities, I am deeply committed to fostering emotional resilience, self-awareness, and authentic connection in the therapeutic process.
My background in child and youth care, education systems, and equine-assisted learning has shaped a holistic perspective on mental health. I draw on evidence-based strategies and collaborate closely with clients to co-create goals that are meaningful and achievable. Whether supporting individuals through anxiety, emotional regulation, life transitions, or behavioural challenges, I strive to offer a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space.
I am currently seeing clients under the clinical supervision of a registered therapist as part of my practicum placement. If you’re looking for a supportive and empathetic space to explore your experiences, I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you in your journey.
