I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) practicing at Alysha Bernstein Therapy in Toronto. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through connection, curiosity, and self-compassion. Drawing on over a decade of experience supporting children and youth with exceptionalities, I strive to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges.
My background in child and youth care, education systems, and equine-assisted learning has shaped a holistic perspective on mental health. I draw on evidence-based strategies and collaborate closely with clients to co-create goals that are meaningful and achievable. Whether supporting individuals through anxiety, emotional regulation, life transitions, or behavioural challenges, I strive to offer a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space.
I am currently seeing clients under the clinical supervision of a registered therapist. If you’re looking for a supportive and empathetic space to explore your experiences, I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you in your journey.
