I work closely with parts work (IFS), providing a compassionate and trauma-informed understanding of your lived experiences and welcoming every inclination or emotion you may bring to session. I incorporate modalities of CBT, DBT, ACT, and somatic experiencing for everyday tools and coping.
I have experience working as a personal trainer and health coach supporting individuals attain goals and build momentum for change. I have witnessed how stress and mental health struggles can manifest in the body, creating physical deterioration, dissociation, and inflammation. Using a holistic approach as a foundation in my work helps clients feel integrated and balanced, where no aspects are left out, and the body and mind can feel in harmony.
