Do you feel disconnected, shut down, or emotionally flat, like you’re moving through life on autopilot? Maybe you know something isn’t right, but it’s hard to explain or even feel. This can look like dissociation, numbness, low mood, anxiety, emptiness, or a sense of disconnection.
I offer a trauma-informed, collaborative, and holistic space to explore what’s beneath the surface and support emotional regulation, self-connection, and healing. My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems and Attachment Theory (parts work/inner child work) and integrates CBT, DBT, ACT, and somatic approaches to provide both insight and practical tools.
With a background in personal training and health coaching, I bring a strong mind-body lens, recognizing how stress and trauma can impact the nervous system and psychological wellbeing. I also offer evidence-based sex therapy, supporting intimacy, confidence, sexual pain, and communication rupture. Sessions focus on increasing emotional awareness, story integration, nervous system regulation, and a sense of internal safety to feel back in control of your mind-body.
