I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Q) offering in-person and virtual sessions. My work is rooted in a psychospiritual and trauma-informed approach, integrating traditional talk therapy with somatic awareness to honor the connection between body, mind, and spirit. Trained in Spiritual Psychotherapy and Spiritual Direction, I support healing as an integrative process—helping you reconnect with your inner truth, empowerment, and authentic self.
Drawing from modalities such as inner child work, guided visualization, energy-based practices, and trauma-informed techniques, I help clients navigate unresolved emotional experiences, attachment patterns, triggers, and conditioned beliefs. Together, we build self-esteem, establish healthy boundaries, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate a grounded, embodied sense of self.
My background in yoga, including 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and Trauma-Informed Yoga certification, informs my somatic approach—particularly in supporting trauma survivors. I also hold compassionate space for spiritual emergence, including Kundalini awakenings, and for exploring the sacred dimensions of sexuality with care and integrity.
