Before becoming a therapist I spent my career in the cockpit as a pilot, so I understand high-pressure, high-performance worlds from the inside. If you are carrying burnout, anxiety, or the aftermath of trauma while trying to hold it all together, I get how heavy that can feel.
I work with generalized, social, panic, and health anxiety, chronic workplace stress and burnout, and post-traumatic stress, including first responder and accident-related trauma. Many of my clients are professionals, shift workers, and people in demanding fields who are used to coping on their own and are ready for something different.
I also support clients through narcissistic abuse recovery, childhood trauma, self-esteem and people-pleasing, ADHD and late-diagnosed neurodivergence, and questions of identity, including LGBTQ+ and coming-out experiences.
My approach is integrative and grounded. I draw on CBT, DBT, internal family systems, acceptance and commitment therapy, somatic work, emotion-focused therapy, and mindfulness, and I match the approach to you rather than the other way around.
You can expect a calm, non-judgmental space where your experience is taken seriously and your nervous system gets a chance to settle. Whether you are in a cockpit, an ambulance, an office, or somewhere else entirely, you deserve support that respects what you carry.
If any of this resonates, I would be glad to connect.
