About…

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, perceptive, and often neurodivergent individuals who feel exhausted from holding it all together while feeling disconnected from themselves. Over time, they may have learned to adapt, mask, or minimize parts of who they are in order to cope or belong.

I work from a relational, trauma-informed, and AEDP-informed lens. This means we pay attention to your emotional experience as it unfolds in the present moment, and to what begins to emerge when things are felt in a safe, supportive relationship rather than held alone. Together, we explore what sits beneath the surface, including emotions, patterns, and protective responses, at a pace that supports your safety and self-trust.

I support clients navigating burnout, anxiety, grief and loss, identity questions, relational patterns, chronic illness, and life transitions, particularly where there has been a long history of feeling misunderstood or needing to adapt to fit in.

When we make space for what has been guarded and explore it with care, the relief can be palpable. Sometimes it’s even joyful.

I am a pre-licensed professional completing my Master of Counselling Psychology (MACP) practicum under clinical supervision at BodyMind Counselling in downtown Victoria. I bring several years of experience in community counselling, including work at Citizens’ Counselling Centre and in youth crisis support roles.

I offer low-cost sessions and currently have availability for new clients, both in person and online.
