I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2002 and I received my master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2006. My education and training has led me to have a diverse background in treating many different populations.
Though I treat all ages, my clinical focus is on children, adolescents, and families.
Sometimes it can be difficult for parents to determine what behaviour is a part of normal development and what behaviours are indicative of some potentially deeper issues. I am here to help guide you through some of these challenging issues. I do so without judgement and I work from a strengths – based perspective.
Even though my clinical focus in providing family – based treatment, I am also well equipped to address the needs of adults and couples. My training is also trauma informed and I’ve successfully treated adults trying to heal from trauma.
I have over 10 years of experience providing sound, evidenced based treatment to adults, children, adolescents, and families. I offer brief therapy models such as solution focused therapy and CBT. I also have extensive experience using psychodynamic approaches and with coaching mindfulness. I believe strongly in providing client centered care and welcome feedback.
I take a holistic approach to treatment and look forward to meeting with you to discuss your needs.
