A bit about me: I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and am currently in the final steps of obtaining a Master’s Degree In Counselling Psychology. I embrace diversity and prioritize creating a space that celebrates differences, and I can commit to bringing this mentality into sessions.
I have a very energetic four-year-old boxer at home, so I spend a lot of time getting outside and love finding new hiking trails. When I am not outside, I am usually in the kitchen trying to teach myself how to cook different foods or snuggled up with a good book. I prioritize balance and holistic well-being, so I always look for new ways to fill my cup.
