Life is hard. Work, family, relationships – you name it – it can all pile up. It gets heavy sometimes, and the hardest part of it all is that we’re usually just left to deal with it alone. Sometimes by choice, other times not so much. But I’m here to tell you that you don’t have to go through it all on your own. I have experience with clients who feel angry, stressed, burnt out, and overwhelmed. Together, we can figure out what’s on your mind, big stuff or small, no judgment, no pressure, no worries. Listen, it takes courage to be vulnerable, and the fact that you’re here means you’ve already found that courage.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Every person is different, so I let your story guide how I show up as a therapist. I draw on a variety of different theories to help you recognize and shift unhelpful thought patterns, create space to express emotions in ways that feel safe, and develop real-life solutions that work specifically for you.
