In the beginning stages of our therapeutic relationship, I strive to learn and understand who you are and where you’re coming from in order to better define your goals and aspirations together. My approach incorporates modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and a strengths-based approach. Continuing the therapeutic process together involves learning to tap into your own hidden resources and utilizing them for growth as well as uncovering potential roadblocks that are holding you back. My primary goal as a therapist is to create a safe space for my clients. I see my work with my clients as a collaborative process in which I encourage you to focus on your own strengths and abilities.
