About…

(She/Her)

Do you struggle with feelings of anxiety, fear, dread or worry? Perhaps you experience sticky intrusive thoughts or compulsions that you can’t resist doing. You may have found that pushing worries away only works for a short time. If you feel like your life has been impacted by anxiety, OCD or trauma, there’s hope. Anxiety doesn’t have to be something you just get used to dealing with. Let’s work together to kick anxiety out of the driver’s seat.

My approach is gentle, collaborative and relationship focused. I aim to help you feel heard, understood, and hopeful about accomplishing your goals. Together, we may work on uncovering the root of your anxiety and panic, learn how to take the power away from intrusive thoughts and worries, or perhaps learn tools to better manage doubt and uncertainty. Over time, the skills you learn in therapy can help you reduce distressing thoughts and feelings.

I work with a team of therapists at my virtual private practice Grounded Minds. We specialize in supporting teens and adults with anxiety, OCD, and PTSD. Some of our therapists also have years of experience supporting folks with ADHD, eating disorders, substance use, relationship issues and borderline personality disorder. Our therapists offer virtual appointments (by telephone or video) so that you can access therapy from the comfort of your home. Please reach out to schedule a therapy session or free 15-minute consultation call. I very much look forward to meeting you!
