My approach is gentle, collaborative and relationship focused. I aim to help you feel heard, understood, and hopeful about accomplishing your goals. Together, we may work on uncovering the root of your anxiety and panic, how to take the power away from intrusive thoughts and worries, or perhaps learn tools to better manage doubt and uncertainty.
Over time, the skills you learn in therapy can help you reduce distressing thoughts and uncomfortable feelings.
