I’m excited about supporting individuals on their journey to selt-discovery, growth, and healing. I’m particularly interested in helping clients cultivate self-awareness, and supporting emotional and mental well-being during times of transition (whether personal, academic, relational, or professional).
I use a client-centred approach, and tailor each session to you. I draw from structured frameworks but allow room to be flexible to tweak approaches and techniques based on the realities of the situation. We’ll work collaboratively to ensure the goals and approaches we use resonate and are meaningful.
