Starting therapy can be daunting, especially if you’ve been overwhelmed by life’s challenges, anxiety, depression, and/or stress. Which is why I aim to make this process a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, while also offering guidance and feedback as needed. My therapeutic approach is integrative; grounded in person-centered therapy that is collaborative, empathic, and non-judgmental. I believe that each person is unique and deserves an individualized therapy plan that considers your specific needs and preferences.
Depending on your therapeutic goals, we may explore your unconscious processes and past experiences to gain insight into current patterns of behaviour and emotions. I believe that by exploring your story, we can better understand, address and overcome current challenges.
