Life doesn’t always unfold the way we imagined. Sometimes the roles and identities that once gave us purpose no longer fit, leaving us asking, “Who am I now?” Whether you’re navigating midlife, relationship changes, burnout, grief, late-discovered neurodivergence, or another major life transition, you don’t have to make sense of it alone.
My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by my own midlife healing journey and two decades of supporting adults through transition in higher education and in community. I’ve come to believe that healing begins by remembering who we have always been beneath old wounds, expectations, and patterns of survival.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) and MA student in Counselling Psychology under clinical supervision, I offer a warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, sex-positive and neurodivergent-inclusive approach grounded in depth psychology.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns, strengths, and inner wisdom that can support lasting change. I work with adults experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, relational trauma, and questions of identity and meaning. I’d be honoured to walk alongside you as you create a life that feels authentic and deeply your own.
