About…

I meet people where they are to collaboratively address current and long-term concerns that are affecting their mental health, well-being and quality of life. As an MA in Counselling Psychology practicum student, who is qualified to practice under supervision, with a warm and non-judgmental approach I work with an individual’s identity and lived experience to cultivate tools for sustainable change that account for systemic factors that shape how we move through the world. I regard the client as the expert of their own life, co-creating with them meaning, wisdom and empowerment from the changes and challenges that life presents. Working from trauma-informed, human-centered and psychodynamic perspectives, my process is holistic and tailored to the client to be sensitive and supportive to an individual’s mind, body and emotions. To schedule a free 50min consultation email me at KTpsychotherapy@protonmail.com with my name and consultation in the subject line.
