My approach is integrative and tailored to your unique experience. I draw from evidence-based practices like ACT, CBT, and EFT, along with somatic and relational approaches. As a first-generation Canadian, I bring lived experience navigating bicultural identity and am especially passionate about supporting folks from immigrant and diverse communities.
