Life can feel unbearably heavy at times, and we may not always know how to carry it. Anxiety, overwhelm, and depression can take hold. I understand how isolating and difficult these moments can be and aim to offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can feel truly seen, supported, and less alone with what you’re carrying.
Who I Support

- Anxiety, stress & overwhelm
- Depression
- Grief and loss
- Relationship issues
- Life transitions & adjustment
- Cultural identity, immigration, and belonging
- Academic stress and school-related challenges
My Approach
My approach to therapy is personalized and collaborative. I draw from various approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic work, to support your unique process. At a pace that feels safe, we’ll explore what’s most important to you and work toward relief, clarity, and meaningful change.
My Background
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision. Alongside my training, I bring lived experience with academic pressures, anxiety, and adjusting to life across different countries. These experiences deepen my empathy and inform my work with clients.
