Hi there! My name is Ariel and my pronouns are she/her. I am an intern therapist completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and offering youth, individual, couple, and family counselling to all identities, partnerships, and family structures. I use a culturally sensitive, trauma informed, and eclectic approach to counselling influenced by solution-focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, narrative therapy, internal family systems, attachment theory, compassionate inquiry, and the Gottman method. I believe that individuals possess the internal resources necessary to overcome adversity. My commitment to my clients is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where experiences can be shared and strengths can be explored, and to provide unconditional support throughout this overwhelming, rewarding, and transformative journey. I am happy to offer a free 15 minute consultation so you can see if we’re the right fit.
