Are you someone who finds yourself overthinking everything, feeling stuck, or unsure about your relationships or where your life is going? On the outside, things may seem okay, but internally it can feel overwhelming, confusing, or even a little lonely, especially if you’re navigating life between cultures or adjusting to a new environment.
Growing up in a space where mental health wasn’t always openly talked about, and through my own experience of moving from India to Canada, I’ve seen how often people struggle silently, without fully understanding what they’re going through. You might be carrying so much inside without quite having the words for it. You don’t have to hold it all on your own.
What I Support
I work with individuals navigating:
- Anxiety and overthinking
- Relationship challenges
- Life transitions and feeling stuck
- Identity and cultural experiences
What to Expect
Our work will be client-centered and collaborative. This means we move at a pace that feels right for you, without pressure to have everything figured out. I take a presence-focused approach, creating space for you to slow down, reflect, and process what you’re feeling. I also integrate elements of CBT to help you gently understand your thoughts and patterns. You can show up as you are. This is a space where you don’t need to filter yourself, where your experiences are met with curiosity rather than judgment, and where we can begin to make sense of what feels heavy, one step at a time.
Qualifications
Pre Licensed MA in Counselling Psychology student under clinical supervision My interest in this work comes from my own experiences growing up in a space where mental health was often misunderstood or not openly talked about. I saw people struggle in ways that weren’t always recognized or understood, and how hard it can be to put words to what you’re feeling. Through my journey and conversations with individuals from different backgrounds, I’ve come to understand how many people carry these experiences quietly.
About Me
Beyond my education and training, I see myself as someone who values understanding people as they are, without expectations or judgment. Therapy, to me, is not about fixing you, but about helping you better understand yourself, your experiences, and what you need. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. We can connect and begin to explore what you’re going through at your own pace, and see if working together feels like the right fit for you.
